Compliance is key for us to ensure that all works are aligned with current regulations. The benefit of having a trusted builder with over 20 years experience who will agree the cost, sequence of works, highlight potential defects, provide economical solutions and honour the agreement to completion is priceless. The refurbishment team provide a detailed schedule of works with potential contingency provisions which may be uncovered during the rip out stage.

All renovations are completed under private building regulations and license regulations when developing HMO’s. As we project manage all work we always have our client’s interests at heart and retain complete control regarding the logistics & providing fluent communication which is so important. Once complete we can then furnish the property to your budget and specification. We always strive to provide solutions when variations and barriers occur and keep a creative approach.

Detailed Hand Over to The Property Management Team (including all required certification, metre readings and spare keys cut) who will market and communicate the expected availability for your property to the tenant database on the earliest opportunity. Once furnished and professionally cleaned your property will be tenanted and continued to be managed on your behalf for a management fee to provide a truly passive return for you.
